I’m a User Experience designer with a holistic approach to my discipline, currently working in the London startup scene. My professional experience spans from user research, UX strategy, IA and content strategy through to UI design. I have also participated in teaching UX to aspiring practitioners through General Assembly. You can have a closer look at my professional background on LinkedIn, or request my CV via email if you’d like a bit more detail!
My passion as the User’s advocate is to identify their needs and pain points and help build usable and compelling experiences that expand beyond an interface to generate positive change and delight. To achieve this I utilise a variety of tools and methodologies, keeping my process iterative and agile. I also enjoy writing about UX and my findings as a practitioner. If you’re curious, you can check out my tips on how to create great error pages and what considerations to take for a more inclusive product, published through the UX Collective.
Like most UXers, my journey started through a different career. After studying set design at Central Saint Martins, I worked in the art and design sector for 5 years, mainly focusing on retail display design for fashion. I also continued to do freelance projects involving set design and illustration.
